Blown in Cellulose Insulation
Blown in cellulose insulation provides excellent R-value ratings. It can be blown in attics or walls.
- Blown in cellulose settles over time. It will lose R-value and needs to be added to in the future.
- Blown in cellulose insulation is treated with a mold preventer.
- Blown in cellulose insulation is paper. Cellulose is not wool. Ireland makes wool insulation.
- Blown in cellulose is best for the attic or existing walls. It has great properties for filling existing wall cavities. If a house has a brick veneer, then cellulose is a perfect material to use. It is fine enough to be blown in mortar joints.
Our insulation machines are designed to break apart and perfectly condition cellulose insulation.
